I am pleased to inform you of your reappointment as a Research Associated Fellow at our Latin American Studies Program at the State University of New York at Nassau College. The current appointment is for the academic year of 2008-2009. Your past and present contributions to the program have significantly contributed to foster collegiality, academic excellence, and intellectual exchange between the students and faculty of our institutions.
I would like to take this opportunity to formally extend my thanks to the chairperson of the Languages and Literature department, to the Deans, and to the President of the Universidade Federal do Espírito Santo—UFES for their continuous support of our growing international exchange projects.
